Rahab offers hope to today's victims of human trafficking
Daughter of Scarlet

Brought to Jericho as a child by traffickers, Rahab understood all too well the despair and brutality of a victim’s life in the sex trade industry.

All she had left were a few frayed threads of hope to hang on to when two enemy spies took refuge in her chamber on the Jericho wall. She listened to their tales of a God who delivers slaves and cares for His people.

Through that brief encounter, God began to weave those threads of hope into a stout cord, strong enough to lift her out of her darkest pit of fear, doubt, despair, pain and shame.
